I have used this dry cleaners for a couple of years and the service has always been great. It’s good value for money and the staff are always polite and friendly. I have never been dissatisfied with the dry cleaning service and have entrusted them with a range of delicate dresses, jackets and tops. The results have always been spot on.

So glad i found this little shop its the most brilliant shop i have come across, i wish they had one nearer to me now i have moved from Crouch End, mind you this shop would be brilliant in any area but they are now online which is probably even more dangerous on my purse. Great that its a family run Boutique too, very friendly and helpful ladies that run it.

A couple of weeks ago the pizza I collected was of poor quality. The vegetables (on a Vegetarian pizza)were very sparse, covering only the centre of the pizza, and evidently they were pickled not fresh (especially the aubergine which was not nice at all). In the past you have been good, so it was very disappointing and quite expensive.

For future reference, the phone number for Crouch End Waitrose is 0208 348 1241 – you can press 8 to be directed through to a member of staff instore who will have up to date knowledge of the store. The 0800 number is, as you assumed, the general Customer Service number for the whole company.

I rang Waitrose Crouch End on Saturday 7th April at 7.15 pm on the 0800 phone number on my Crouch End receipt. All I wanted to know was the opening hours for the remainder of the Easter weekend.

There was no option given to press …. to hear the opening hours. Instead I was told all operators were busy and I was 5th in the queue.

What good is that I asked myself. No help at all. Please note that when I ring my local Sainsburys in Haringey there is an immediate option of answering to access the up to date opening hours.

In addition when answering my call the answerphone did not clarify that I had in fact contacted the C. End Branch and said instead it was Customer Service so I could not be sure I hadn’t got through to a central answering service.

So I came to your website for Crouch End but this was not up to date only going up to January.

Quite disappointing given Waitrose are known for its good customer service. I hope you can take on board my practical comments and put into use. Thanks Val

Great place!!! Really friendly, great haircut and they even love children. They have toys and movies for the kids to watch. Loved it!!

I tried Avalon as a friend recommended it to me and I have to say it was the best cut and colour I’ve ever had! Debbie did my hair and she really spent time on my consultation and made me feel very comfortable. I love my cut and my colour and I’d recommend anyone to go!
