I was told at this garage that the part I would need for my car would be delivered the next day and this is the reason I agreed to employ their services.

When they hadn’t called after 2 days later I rang them and was told they were too busy and the work wouldn’t be done till the following day. The guy on reception is rude and really unhelpful and has that all too familiar mechanics air that the customer doesn’t have a clue what they are talking about.
Give your money to someone else who calls when they say they will and are pleasant to do business with.
