Under NEW Management – Weatherspoons – CLOSED for refurbishment
A Wetherspoon source said: “It has been a long time ambition to have a pub in Crouch End. It’s a very, very busy area and there are not many sites available, so from the company’s point of view we were delighted this has come to fruition.”
The All Bar one acquisition is a one-off — not part of a larger package of Mitchells & Butlers pubs.
The Morning Advertiser
It is not yet known when it will open its doors.
Wetherspoons famous for its real ales and cut-price drinks, had previously operated one of its smallest pubs in the former site of The Wishing Well ( also up for sale, link ), in Tottenham Lane, but that closed in the mid-1990s.
